Our ethos is to provide a warm and friendly atmosphere with professionally trained staff, who are dedicated to supporting and assisting with the care needs of our residents. We always put the needs, views and expectations of our residents first, in a safe and caring environment.

The Care Home aims to work tirelessly for the benefit and comfort of our residents, ensuring that their independence and dignity is encouraged and upheld.  Our care is non-discriminatory and freedom of choice, privacy, dignity and respect are central to all we do.

Our aim is for our residents to feel part of the home’s structure. If our residents wish, they can become involved in most aspects of living at Rivermead View Care Home. We aim to make our residents feel confident with the support and care that our staff provide.
