Meadowbrook House Nursing Home’s nomination for making moments matter for February is HCA Ryan.

Ryan offered to give up his day off work at very short notice to ensure a resident was able to go on a planned outing as the person originally planning to take them had fallen poorly. The resident was very happy.

She went out of her way to help a couple of residents celebrate their birthdays, buying a bunch of flowers, a cake and a card each signed from all the staff.
